The venture began from their home kitchen with a listing on Zomato. The brand received its first seven customer orders on its opening Sunday, and within two months daily order volume had increased nearly tenfold.
The first menu offering was built around a biryani recipe created by Kousika Sahoo, which served as the foundation for the brand’s initial market entry.
