Born on February 5, 1996, in the serene town of Shimshapura, Malavalli Taluk, Mandya district, Roshan, fondly known as Roshu, was brought up in a close-knit family. His parents, Father Anwar Khan and Mother Asif’s Banu, provided a nurturing environment alongside his siblings - elder sisters Nazeeya Sahana, Arshiya Banu, Ayisha Khan, and older brother Azeem Khan.

Roshan embarked on his educational journey by completing his Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2014 from the prestigious Government Polytechnic, Chamaraja Nagara.
