Shlok Raosaheb Ghuge (born 6 February 1996) is an Indian entrepreneur and aviation professional. He is the founder and chairman of the Ghuge Group, a business enterprise based in Mumbai. Ghuge has prior experience in the Indian aviation sector, having worked with SpiceJet Airlines in customer service and guest relations roles.
Early life and education
Ghuge was born on 6 February 1996 in Maharashtra, India. He completed a diploma in Aviation and Airway Management from CEDP Skill Institute of Airhostess Training in 2018, earning a grade of 77%. He also attended Amrutvahini College of Engineering, where he studied Computer Software Engineering between 2013 and 2016.
Career
Ghuge began his professional career in the aviation industry in 2016, working as a ticket agent in Mumbai. Between 2017 and 2019, he served as a Guest Services Associate at SpiceJet Limited. He then worked as a Customer Service Agent at SpiceJet Airlines from July 2019 to July 2022.
In April 2024, he founded Ghuge Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd, where he currently serves as the Founder and CEO. The company is a part of the Ghuge Group and is focused on aviation services and related ventures.
Skills and expertise
Ghuge is known for his skills in Microsoft Excel, Management Information Systems (MIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and team leadership. His background in both aviation operations and software engineering has contributed to his expertise in managing business operations and development.
