Abu Talib Khan (born 6 May 2003) is an Indian politician, social activist, and entrepreneur. He currently serves as the National President of the Central Public Grievance and Investigation Council (CPGIC) India. He is also the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Nirmaan Construction and Precast Industries Private Limited, a company engaged in the construction and precast infrastructure sector in India.

At a relatively young age, he has combined roles in public service, social work, and business, building a profile around grievance redressal, youth engagement, and infrastructure development.

Early Life and Education

Abu Talib Khan was born on 6 May 2003 in Jhartera, a village in Unnao district, Uttar Pradesh, India. Growing up in a rural environment, he became familiar with local social and infrastructural challenges early on, which contributed to shaping his interest in public service.

For higher education, he enrolled at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU), Kanpur, where he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science followed by a Master’s degree in Sociology. Before leading CPGIC, Abu Talib Khan held leadership roles in several other organizations:

• He was National General Secretary of BJP Samarthak Muslim Manch, which is aligned with the vision of inclusive governance.
• He has been active in Hind Muslim Morcha (associated with BJP-supporting Muslim advocacy).
• In his early years, he also joined Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and maintained associations with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to strengthen his organizational experience.
