Gunjan Arya (born 29 May 1986) is an Indian counselling psychologist, mental health entrepreneur, and founder of Psych Therapy – a premium mental health and wellness clinic based in New Delhi. With over 10,000 hours of counselling therapy and more than 1000 clients worldwide, she is widely recognized for her structured, empathetic, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Gunjan specializes in TEAM-CBT, relationship counselling, trauma therapy, and grief management.

Early Life and Education

Gunjan Arya was born and raised in Delhi, India. Guided by a deep passion for human behavior and emotional healing, she pursued a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
