Nehaa Goyal (born 18 February 1981) is an Indian transformation advisor, trauma-informed empowerment coach, and practitioner of DNA Astrology, Tarot, and Numerology.[1] After spending over 15 years in corporate roles across luxury hospitality and media industries, she transitioned into the holistic coaching space. Her work combines Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Inner Child Work, Family System Therapy, Ancestral Karma Resolution, Numerology, and Astrology to help people release emotional blocks, heal karmic patterns, and live in alignment with their authentic selves.[2]

Nehaa Goyal was born in Delhi, India, on 18 February 1981. Growing up in the country’s capital exposed her to a culturally diverse environment, shaping her strong communication and interpersonal skills. She pursued studies in hotel management, which gave her a grounding in hospitality, client service, and management.
Her early academic and professional experiences in hotel management prepared her for a career in the luxury hotel and media sectors. Her interest in human behavior and emotional patterns, cultivated during her hospitality and media years, inspired her eventual transition into trauma-informed empowerment coaching.[3]

Later, she moved into the media industry, joining Hindustan Times, where she specialized in branding, marketing, and strategic alliances.[4] Her corporate journey lasted more than 15 years, during which she gained expertise in strategic communication and business development.
Eventually, Nehaa transitioned into coaching, pursuing her passion for human transformation. She integrates a wide range of modalities in her work, including EFT, Inner Child Work, Family System Therapy, Ancestral Karma Resolution, Numerology, DNA Astrology, and Tarot Reading.[5] Through her multidisciplinary approach, she empowers individuals to release limiting beliefs, resolve inherited patterns, and achieve greater clarity and purpose.
