Raghvendra Singh was born in 1992 in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, India. He comes from an agricultural family; his father, the late Shri Hardayal Singh, was a zamindar and farmer. Singh grew up in a large household with three brothers and one sister. His upbringing in a rural environment instilled in him values of determination, resilience, and self-learning.
Singh completed his graduation from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University (formerly Faizabad University). Although he did not pursue a formal degree in technology, his curiosity for digital innovation developed gradually through personal exploration and professional exposure.
The COVID-19 pandemic marked a significant turning point in his life. His earlier business faced severe financial loss and had to shut down. Instead of giving up, Singh took this setback as an opportunity to transform his career path and shift into the IT and digital service industry.
Before launching his own companies, Singh worked with OYO Rooms as a property manager. His time at OYO inspired him deeply; he closely observed startup operations and admired the entrepreneurial journey of OYO’s founder, Ritesh Agarwal. Motivated by these experiences, Singh decided to build technology-driven platforms that could address everyday needs.
His first entrepreneurial venture was H&S Facility Management Services, offering housekeeping staff, office management support, pantry services, and gardeners to businesses. This venture provided him with managerial experience and operational confidence to scale his ideas further into the digital domain.

He then established Workido IT Technologies, headquartered in Gurgaon. The company specializes in:
