Adv Cherry Kushwaha (born June 10, 1993) is an Indian advocate practicing at the Punjab & Haryana High Court. She is a member of the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association since 2018 and a member of the District Court Chandigarh Bar Association since 2018. Kushwaha is the founder of the Indian Legal Awareness Organization, a platform aimed at promoting legal awareness among the masses.

Early Life & Education

Cherry Kushwaha was born in Chandigarh to Ram Sajivan Kushwaha and Ms. Madhuvinder. Growing up, she faced various challenges including body shaming during her teenage years and discrimination as a woman in her initial stages as a lawyer. Kushwaha completed her Bachelor of Arts from the Post Graduate Govt College in sector-46, Chandigarh.
