Early Life & Background

Asif Nabi was born on 5th June 1995 in Pulwama, Kashmir. He completed his BSc in Hotel Management from Anjuman-I-Islam's Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Mumbai. After completing his education, Asif got an opportunity to run one of the largest restaurants in India. During that time, he discovered food delivery companies and took them to the UK. He entered the market and saw rapid growth. Asif's academic experience in the food and IT industry helped him venture into the online food space and make use of his skill, experience, and knowledge.

Career

Asif Nabi started his entrepreneurial journey by launching an online food review platform named Qamsa Foods Pvt Ltd on 20th January 2022. At the time of launching the platform, the challenge was not running the business, but the ecosystem in which the business operated. Due to strikes, power cuts, and management problems outside the city, the company faced a major setback. However, Asif's determination and passion for creating something big for Kashmir forced him to face the difficulties and move forward with his venture Qasma Foods Pvt Ltd. Within less than a year, Qasma Foods Pvt Ltd had 400 sellers listed on their platform and 1,000 monthly visitors. Asif Nabi's leadership and vision helped the company grow rapidly. He believes in the power of innovation and has continuously introduced new ideas and strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
