Dr. Vishal Vilas Ghag, a visionary in education and community development, has founded Qubelinks and the Pratibhashala Foundation, fostering holistic learning and entrepreneurship. Early Life and Education

Dr. Vishal Vilas Ghag was born on August 29, 1989, at the AirForce Command Hospital in Pune, India. Raised in Kalyan, a small town in Thane District, he comes from a family with a strong tradition of public service. His father, Mr. Vilas Ghag, is a retired Indian Air Force Sergeant and Police Inspector, and his mother, Mrs. Vaishali Ghag, is a homemaker. Dr. Ghag currently resides in Kalyan with his wife, Mrs. Shubhangi Ghag, who is a Manager at Riya Travels, a multinational tourism company.

Dr. Ghag completed his schooling at Guru Nanak English High School, Kalyan, and higher secondary education at B.K. Birla College, Kalyan. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Xavier Institute of Engineering, Mumbai, in 2011. Later, he pursued an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad in 2015, and earned a Doctorate in Management & Development Psychology from ISBM University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in 2020. Currently, Dr. Ghag is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy Medicine in 2024.

Professional Background

Dr. Ghag began his professional journey as a Network Engineer at IDBI Bank in 2011. Over the next seven years, he worked across diverse fields, including networking, finance, solar design, marketing, business development, strategic management, and alliance management. He eventually rose to the position of AVP Business Development. Throughout his career, Dr. Ghag has held roles at renowned companies such as Morgan Stanley, Skysorb Solar, Essar, Datacraft Asia, Kotak Mahindra, Work Better, and Sarda Group.

In 2018, Dr. Ghag founded Qubelinks, an education consultancy, with a modest investment of INR 5000. His vision was to create a holistic education model that nurtures individual development. This initiative led to the establishment of Slikun Institute of Management & Technology, which offers over 60 advanced certifications across various fields. The institute's flagship program, the "Slikun MBA," has gained recognition for its affordability and innovation.

In 2019, Dr. Ghag launched the Pratibhashala Foundation, a government-registered NGO, with the goal of providing free job-oriented and entrepreneurship training to students and aspiring entrepreneurs. Through Slikun and Pratibhashala, Dr. Ghag and his team have trained over 22,000 students and helped establish over 70 small businesses. Today, Dr. Ghag has diversified his business portfolio. He owns a portfolio management firm, ALFRA, a web development firm, Eamon Tech Labs, and partners in an analytics firm, AI Sciences Inc. Additionally, he has investments in a Surgery Clinic, Sun Clinics, and a financial consultancy, Deep Pockets Capital.
