Despite the setback, he refused to be defeated. He shifted his focus to skill development, completing a course in instrument technician. A pivotal moment came when a friend introduced him to the US Staffing, recruitment industry. This marked the beginning of his remarkable rise in the field.

After relocating to Hyderabad, Aquil faced financial struggles and periods of joblessness. However, his determination and faith in himself helped him secure opportunities with reputed companies. Over time, he gained expertise and recognition in the recruitment industry, leveraging his connections and experience to create a strong professional foundation.
