She pursued her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Bagbazar Women’s College, Kolkata, which nurtured her creative and intellectual pursuits. Satish Chandra Dwivedi is an Indian politician and member of 17th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh and currently serving as Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Primary education. He is the representative of the Itwa (Assembly constituency) constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Payel is the daughter of Mr. Gopal Sarkar and Mrs. Baby Sarkar is a mother. Her father is a owner of the restaurant “Blue-Moon restaurant” and her mother is a owner of Beauty Parlour. Payel manages her own Production company, Payel sarkar organization pvt ltd, and is involved in social work. She is a active member of political party All India Trinamool Congress. Payel is seen in all the campaigns of the political party All India Trinamool Congress as Payel is closely associated with the All India Trinamool Congress. She is a former West Bengal state General Secretary of ALL INDIA HUMAN RIGHTS & presently she is a state president of NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION & CRIME CONTROL BUREAU.
