Chef Amar Ronald Xavier[3][4] grew up in Varanasi, where the profession of being a chef was not traditionally esteemed. However, Chef Amar's passion for culinary arts burned brightly, and he gained recognition and fame from numerous esteemed organizations as a professional chef. His parents recognized his potential and supported his culinary aspirations, nurturing his dream of becoming a renowned chef. The school principal, Dr. Anita Pauline Sodhi Dey, also played a pivotal role in encouraging and inspiring Amar to pursue his passion. His passion for cooking was inspired from his sister. whom he always follows in the kitchen.

Chef Amar Ronald Xavier's[5] culinary journey has taken him across 37 countries and 7 continents. His relentless pursuit of knowledge and mastery of diverse culinary techniques led him to collaborate with illustrious chefs such as Norman Love, Chef Floyd Cardoz, George Calm Baris, and Citrus Stone. These collaborations allowed him to refine his skills and expand his culinary repertoire. Driven by a desire to give back to his hometown, Chef Amar is the owner and culinary director of "Journe with Chef Amar," a food delivery business that has gained a reputation for delivering a wide array of culinary delights right to the doorstep of food enthusiasts in Varanasi. Through this venture, Chef Amar brings the flavors of the world to those who are unable to travel, offering an opportunity to experience world cuisine in the comfort of their homes. He is also the co-founder of The Food Auteurs Co., under which he operates "Journe with Chef Amar."
