Madhusudan Halder (born 2 April 1987) is an Indian interior designer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, best known as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Eyes Interior, a Kolkata-based interior design company recognized for its luxurious and innovative design solutions. Over the span of his career, Halder has completed more than 430 interior design projects across India, earning a reputation for excellence, punctuality, and personalized client experiences. Early Life and Education

Madhusudan Halder was born on 2 April 1987 in Diamond Harbour, West Bengal, India, to Dadhiram Halder and Sabita Halder. He was raised in a culturally rich environment that nurtured his creativity and sense of design from an early age. Inspired by his surroundings and a natural inclination toward artistry, Halder developed a keen eye for detail and spatial harmony while growing up in his hometown.

He completed his schooling at Jagadishpur S.K. Institution, Mandir Bazar and later pursued higher education at the Netaji Subhas Open University, earning a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW). To refine his technical and creative expertise, he obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from Habitat Academy. These academic foundations, coupled with his innate aesthetic sensibilities, laid the groundwork for his future in design and entrepreneurship.

In 2010, Halder founded Ideal Eyes Interior in Gariahat, Kolkata, turning his long-cherished vision into reality. The company was established with a mission to offer bespoke interior design services that merge beauty, functionality, and client comfort. Under his leadership, the firm quickly grew into one of Kolkata’s most trusted interior design brands, recognized for innovative concepts, efficient project management, and strong client relationships.

Between 2010 and 2014, Halder led several premium residential and boutique commercial projects across Kolkata, setting new standards for customized and elegant design. From 2015 to 2018, he expanded operations to Ranchi, Jharkhand, where his firm executed high-end apartments, villas, and corporate spaces, establishing a solid footprint in Eastern India.

Expansion and Recognition

By 2019, Halder had led Ideal Eyes Interior into large-scale turnkey projects for hospitality and retail clients, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and branded stores.
