Blue Drop Social Seva Foundation is an Indian non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting education, digital literacy, vocational skills, and livelihood development across underserved regions of Odisha and West Bengal. Established in 2025, the organisation aims to make quality education and employable skills accessible to rural, tribal, and economically weaker communities.[1] With a focus on computer literacy, academic coaching, beauty and wellness training, tailoring and handcraft courses, and professional higher education guidance, the Foundation has emerged as a multi-disciplinary skill development institution. Operating from its headquarters in Morada, Mayurbhanj, Blue Drop Social Seva Foundation runs training centres across more than 40+ blocks and gram panchayats, benefiting thousands of learners every year. The organisation’s mission reflects its guiding belief: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
History and Founding
Blue Drop Social Seva Foundation was incorporated on 11 January 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013, as a non-profit organisation (CIN: U85500OD2025NPL047768).[2] It was founded by Jayanta Biswal, who serves as the CEO and MD. His vision emerged from observing educational inequality in rural and tribal belts, where students lack exposure to digital tools, vocational training, and career counselling. The organisation began with basic computer literacy programs and expanded into IT courses, academic coaching, tailoring, women livelihood programs, beauty courses, and higher education counselling.
