Manisha Sharma was born on July 22, 1983, in the quaint town of Jhalrapatan, District Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India. She is the daughter of Late Sh. Govind Prasad Sharma and Late Hemlata Sharma, a retired BSNL employee. Unfortunately, in her early childhood, Manisha lost her father to a chronic illness, and she was cared for by her mother and maternal uncle. Despite the challenges, Manisha pursued her academic goals. She holds a Master of Arts in Economics and has undertaken Executive Education from IIM Bangalore, sponsored by Niti Ayog (Ministry of Women). Currently, she is the managing director and holds a 77 % share in BSE Listed company name Ekennis Software Service Limited.

Professional Journey

In 2007, Manisha embarked on a new chapter in her life by marrying Mr. Vikas Sharma from Kota, Rajasthan, who worked as a software professional in a leading MNC automobile company. Together, they have two children, a daughter named Samiksha and a son named Shreyansh. Manisha's career took an international turn as she spent a decade working on business assignments in Germany, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, the USA, Singapore, and over 30 other countries. During this time, she gained invaluable experience in international business. She back to India in 2013 and took care of her kids.

Entrepreneurial Spirit and Social Contribution

Tragedy struck again in 2016 when Manisha lost her mother. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on society, she founded Ekennis Software Service Limited. This initiative aimed to empower women by providing vocational and software training to those seeking employment opportunities. Under Manisha's leadership, Ekennis successfully placed over 1000 women in MNC companies after offering training in SAP, Microsoft, and Oracle. Seeking more scalability, she expanded her focus to take on end-to-end projects and began staffing for prominent MNCs. During Covid, the business got impacted highly but she never gave up and survived. 2022 Her husband supported her and joined hands with her in her venture. With Dual power , the organisation is moving to new hights .

MyPerfectPack: A Global Venture

Manisha's journey took an exciting turn with an executive education opportunity from IIM Bangalore, leading to the creation of MyPerfectPack. This venture revolutionized the packaging industry by becoming the world's first no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) printing and packaging company. Today, MyPerfectPack supports over 100,000 + startups worldwide, offering packaging solutions with no minimum order requirements. With a team of over 200 direct and indirect staff, Manisha has turned her vision into reality. She is an expert in HR, finance and Legal area and takes care end to the end process of her company.

Recognition and Awards

Manisha's contributions have not gone unnoticed. She has been honoured with numerous certificates and awards from the MSME Ministry, including the prestigious Top Women Entrepreneur Award presented by Mr. Narayan Rane, the Minister of MSME. She has also been recognized with the Icon of India Award. Following is award are presented to her:
