Dr. Purushottam Tiwari (born 29 July 1958) is an Indian social leader, retired Executive Engineer, author, political activist, and community reform advocate. He is the Founder and National President of the Indian Peoples Adhikar Party (IPAP), a political organization focused on citizen rights, public welfare, national integrity, and transparent governance. Alongside his political career, he serves as Director of Ram Gopal Tiwari Rest Life Foundation, an initiative dedicated to social service and national responsibility. He is also the Chief Editor of IPAP Newspaper and CIN News Network.

Purushottam Tiwari was born on 29 July 1958 in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh, India. He completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering, which led him to a professional career in public infrastructure and state development services. His upbringing inspired values of integrity, empowerment, and service towards society.

Tiwari served the Government of Madhya Pradesh as an Executive Engineer, where he contributed to infrastructure planning and civil development projects.
