Dr. Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa was born in B.J. Puram village, located in Jiyyammavalasa Mandal, Manyam district, Andhra Pradesh, India.
His early life was shaped by both academic dedication and personal challenges. His mother, Late Venkata Ramani, passed away due to a heart stroke in 2017, and his father, Late Venkata Ramana Murthy, died in a road accident in 2025. These events had a significant impact on his life and contributed to shaping his determination and resilience.
Education
He completed his schooling at Janahita Public School, Parvathipuram, and pursued his intermediate education at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Visakhapatnam.
During his academic journey, he achieved outstanding scores in JEE Mains, securing 99% in Paper 1 and 98% in Paper 2.
He later completed his postgraduate qualifications, including MIA, MA, and D.Ed.
Career
Dr. Karakavalasa began his professional journey in 2017 and gained experience across multiple industries, including education, technology, sales, financial services, and aviation. He started his career as an educator, teaching in schools, before transitioning into the technology sector as a Tableau Developer. He later worked in sales and operations roles within EdTech companies and also gained experience in financial services and recovery departments. Eventually, he served as a Communication Manager in the aviation industry. This diverse professional background helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations, employment systems, and industry challenges.
