Pritee Motwani
Pritee Motwani is an Indian human resources and recruitment professional specializing in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, compliance management, and candidate engagement. She is currently working as a Senior Recruiter at IMS People Possible. Throughout her career, she has worked with domestic and international clients across IT, non-IT, healthcare, and non-healthcare recruitment sectors.

Early life and education
Pritee Motwani completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RTM Nagpur University in 2021 after earning her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the same university in 2019.
She completed her Higher Secondary education from the CBSE Board in 2016 and her High School education from the Madhya Pradesh Board in 2014.
She has also completed certification courses in Entrepreneurship, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Human Resource Management, and ChatGPT for HR.
Career
Pritee began her professional career as a Sourcing Specialist at Rubicon Skills Development, where she worked on candidate sourcing, recruitment, interview coordination, documentation, employee relations, and training & development.
She later joined AccuCaro Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive. During her tenure, she managed recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, coordinated internal hiring, conducted induction programmes, created job postings, managed social media content, and supported recruitment activities for UK and US-based clients.
In January 2024, she joined IMS People Possible as a Recruiter (ORS–UK), where she specialized in healthcare and non-healthcare recruitment, candidate screening, compliance management, onboarding support, documentation, quality control reporting, and training of new employees.
In August 2025, she was promoted to the position of Senior Recruiter, continuing to manage recruitment operations and compliance processes.
On 1 August 2026, Pritee Motwani joined Brightorial as a Sales and Marketing Professional. In this role, she is responsible for business development, client relationship management, sales strategy, brand promotion, and marketing initiatives. Her transition into sales and marketing reflects the application of her recruitment, communication, and business management expertise to organizational growth and customer engagement.
