Advocate Govind Bali is a prominent Indian lawyer, social activist, and entrepreneur, born on May 14th, into a Hindu Punjabi family of Mohyal Brahmins in Nawanshahr. His father, Brig P M Bali, served in the Sikh Light Infantry regiment of the Indian Army, fostering a sense of service and discipline in the family. His mother, Mrs. Vijay Laxmi Bali, is a social reformer, while his younger brother is a serving officer in the Indian Army.

Early Life and Education

Advocate Bali's early education was in various Army Public Schools, culminating in his alma mater, the Army Public School in Mhow. His passion for equestrian sports, evident since childhood, propelled him to international recognition as an accomplished horse rider, winning numerous national gold medals in Show Jumping and Dressage.

Govind completed his legal education, earning a BALLB (H) and LLM from GD Goenka University. His commitment to the legal profession led him to practice in the Supreme Court of India, various high courts, subordinate courts, and the Armed Forces Tribunal.

Legal Career and Entrepreneurship

Advocate Govind Bali is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fastrack Legal Solutions LLP, a Pan-India law firm specializing in litigation, dispute resolution, and other legal services. Notably, he is one of the youngest Indian lawyers to take up cases at the United Nations, reflecting his dedication to justice and legal activism.

His legal philosophy revolves around the belief that "justice delayed is justice denied," and he actively promotes the idea of youth empowerment and socialism. Govind specializes in constitutional law and dispute resolution and is a certified phone forensic expert. His diverse legal practice includes cases in the Central Administrative Tribunal and Armed Forces Tribunal. Apart from his legal pursuits, Govind Bali is also the professional head of Royal Equestrians, showcasing his excellence in equestrian sports.
