He is the Founder and National President of the Pehli Umeed Foundation, a non-governmental organization (NGO) devoted to education, social welfare, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian causes. Advocate Manoj Pandit was born in 1987 in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. He pursued his education in multiple disciplines, holding degrees in BCA, LLB, and MBA, which have contributed to his multidisciplinary approach to leadership and social work.

Advocate Manoj Pandit practices law at the Patiala House Court in Delhi and the District Court of Greater Noida. He is widely respected for his professional integrity, advocacy for justice, and commitment to public welfare through legal initiatives.

Advocate Manoj Pandit is the Founder and National President of the Pehli Umeed Foundation, a Delhi-based NGO working extensively for underprivileged families, women, and children. The organization is co-founded and directed by his wife, Mrs. Anuradha Pandit, who actively leads initiatives focusing on women’s welfare, maternal health, and education.

Together, Advocate Manoj Pandit and Mrs. Anuradha Pandit have expanded the foundation’s outreach through various social programs. The Pehli Umeed Foundation provides free nutrition kits to poor and needy pregnant women, promoting better maternal and child health. Their mission emphasizes supporting women’s well-being, encouraging child nutrition, and fostering awareness for healthier communities.

Under Advocate Manoj Pandit’s leadership, the foundation has organized numerous campaigns across India focusing on education, youth empowerment, disaster relief, and community awareness. Advocate Manoj Pandit has been actively involved in politics since the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in 2012, where he serves as the State Vice President of the AAP Youth Wing in Delhi.

He also holds the position of State President of the Akhil Bharat Varshiya Brahman Mahasabha (1939) Yuva Prakoshth, Delhi, contributing to social and cultural initiatives across the region.

Personal Life

Advocate Manoj Pandit resides in Mayapuri, Hari Nagar (West Delhi). He is married to Mrs. Anuradha Pandit, who serves as the Director of the Pehli Umeed Foundation. The couple shares a common vision of social upliftment and women’s empowerment.

His brother, Advocate Praveen Vats, practices law at the Surajpur District Court and is also involved in community welfare initiatives.
