Under his leadership, the company has gained recognition for its innovative security products, public safety initiatives, and educational outreach in cybersecurity.

Early Life and Education

Akhil Gabbeta was born on 4 June 1995 in India. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) in 2017. Following graduation, he prepared for various state and central government examinations, aspiring to secure a role in the core engineering sector. In 2021, Gabbeta joined Concentrix in Bangalore, where he worked for approximately one and a half years. During this period, he lacked a clear professional direction until a pivotal discovery would redefine his career path.

Transition to Cybersecurity

Gabbeta’s interest in cybersecurity was sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic, when he learned about the widespread fraud involving fake loan applications. Deeply impacted by the vulnerabilities in the digital space and motivated by a desire to contribute to public safety, he immersed himself in the world of cybersecurity.

In 2023, Gabbeta formally entered the field by founding Hackerinthehouse, a venture aimed at providing cybersecurity training, services, and solutions. This marked the beginning of his journey as a cybersecurity innovator and business leader.

In 2024, Hackerinthehouse was awarded the “Best Tech Solution Provider of the Year” at Startup Mahakumbh in New Delhi. The company and Gabbeta have been featured in various media outlets for their role in digital security, innovation, and public safety.

A key milestone was the company’s successful identification and takedown of fraudulent loan applications from online platforms, which helped protect users from cyber scams during the pandemic.
