Syed Sahil Ahamed, with his extensive background in consultancy and hospitality, conceptualized this venture to provide not just a meal but an experience. Backed by a well-organized management system and a stringent Standard Operating Process, Al-Baik has paved a smooth and profitable journey for franchisees. The concept captured the hearts and taste buds of people, leading to the establishment of over 100+ outlets within just six years of its inception.

Our Business Models
Standard Model: Ideal for shops of 600 - 900 sq.ft, offering high returns with a franchise fee of just Rs 6 lac+18% GST, with a total investment ranging from 18 - 25 Lac INR.
Micro Model: Suited for compact take-away shops (300–400 sq.ft) with the same franchise fee as the Standard Model, totaling approximately 12 – 15 Lac INR for one outlet.
Prime Model: Exclusively for prime locations like airports and malls, with a franchise fee similar to the other models but an outlet cost ranging from 40 – 50 Lac INR.
Separation Policy: After an official locking period of 3 years, the partnership can be dissolved, with no refunds.
FOFO Model and Beyond
In the FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated) model, we offer legal assurance, training, supply of ingredients, and guidelines. However, we don't manage day-to-day operations, staffing, or local marketing.
