Meritpath Coaching was founded by the Late Prof. Dr. Bijan Biswas (M.A., Ph.D., P.R.S., LL.B.), a senior academician and former Vice Principal with decades of experience in higher education. His vision was to establish an institution that integrates academic excellence with practical, career-oriented learning.
Following his passing, the institute has continued its growth under family leadership while maintaining its academic ethos and expanding into professional and technical education aligned with industry requirements.
The current leadership includes:
- Jaba Biswas (CEO): A retired professor from Surendranath College, holding M.A., M.Phil., and B.Lib. degrees. She oversees academic quality, curriculum design, and faculty development.
- Sushmita Biswas (Managing Director): A B.Sc. and MBA graduate responsible for institutional strategy, corporate collaborations, and placement initiatives.
