Early Life
P.V Pavan Kumar Reddy was born on April 16, 1975, in Kadiri, Andhra Pradesh, India. His father, P. Jayarami Reddy, served as a high school headmaster in Nallacheruvu and had a distinguished career spanning 30 years. Pavan Kumar Reddy completed his MBA and later ventured into the field of business. He currently serves as the Director of Valmeeki Educational Institutions.
Public Activities and Contributions
Pavan Kumar Reddy is actively involved in various social and welfare activities through the Abhigna Foundation, an organization he established. Under the foundation's initiatives, numerous borewells were dug in villages to provide clean drinking water, and mineral water plants were set up to ensure access to safe drinking water. He has also been instrumental in providing educational scholarships to underprivileged students and extending financial aid to individuals suffering from chronic illnesses and accidents. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pavan Kumar Reddy played a vital role in supporting his community. He provided free online education to government school children in the Kadir region and distributed essential commodities and groceries to the needy. Medical camps were organized at regular intervals, facilitating access to healthcare services for underprivileged patients, who were referred to corporate hospitals in Bangalore. Additionally, free tailoring workshops were conducted for disadvantaged women, and free study materials were distributed to 10th-grade government school students. Pavan Kumar Reddy's efforts also extended to addressing unemployment issues in his constituency. He organized free job melas that provided employment opportunities for nearly 2000 unemployed youth in Kadiri.
