Pallab Routh is an Indian engineer, financial professional, and digital entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning engineering, finance, and digital business services. He was born and raised in West Bengal, India. Pallab completed his secondary (10th) and higher secondary (12th) education from Mahammadpur Sibnarayan Sikhyaniketan (H.S.), located in Nandigram, East Medinipur. During his school years, he lived a hostel life, which played an important role in building his discipline, adaptability, and independent thinking from an early age.
After completing higher secondary education, Pallab took a one-year academic break to prepare for medical entrance examinations. Although he did not pursue medicine as a career, this phase helped him develop a focused mindset, strong self-study habits, and clarity about his long-term professional goals.
Engineering Education
In 2011, Pallab Routh began his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering by enrolling in the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program at MCKV Institute of Engineering, Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal. His academic training included core mechanical subjects, industrial practices, and applied engineering concepts. Pallab successfully completed his degree in 2015, graduating with a solid technical foundation that prepared him for work in large-scale industrial environments.

After graduating in 2015, Pallab Routh entered the industrial sector as a Mechanical Engineer. Over the years, he worked with several reputed organizations, including Swamina International, Reliance Industries, Ennkay, and other engineering-driven companies. His professional roles involved mechanical operations, maintenance, safety procedures, and project-based responsibilities across different industrial settings.
With growing experience and technical expertise, Pallab transitioned into the oil and gas industry, a sector known for its complex operations and strict safety standards. He currently works as an engineer under a reputed company in the oil and gas field, contributing to operational efficiency and engineering excellence. His journey reflects a steady progression from academic learning to hands-on industrial execution.
