She commenced her professional journey with renowned multinational companies like Wipro, where she worked in the AOL Broadband UK verification department, dealing with clients from the United Kingdom. She later joined HCL and contributed significantly to the Nokia project in operations, where she worked diligently for four years. Eager for new challenges and growth opportunities, she then made her way to Accenture, where she served as a Project Management Lead in the Digital Marketing Analytics project. Alongside her corporate career, Ragini also pursued her passion for acting and artistic endeavors. She got the opportunity to feature as the lead actress in a Bollywood album song, "Kahi Tum Wo Toh Nahi," produced by Drj Records Official in Mumbai. The project also saw the participation of Bollywood and TV actor Shaan Khanna, and her makeup artist was the legendary actor Mithun Ji's personal makeup artist, Mohammed Altaf.
