Suspire India Ecosystems Private Limited was incorporated in 2021 (CIN: U74999MH2021PTC361784). Its consumer-facing website, suspire.in, was launched in October 2021. The company was founded by entrepreneur Swayam Doshi, with the vision of bridging two market gaps:

A partial-payment option is available for orders between ₹1,000–₹7,000. Returns and exchanges depend on partner brand policies, with requests accepted within seven days. Refunds are processed within seven business days of a successful quality check. Customer support is provided via email, phone, and Instagram DMs, with an emphasis on a solution-first approach.
