Drive the concept and adoption of digital across the organization since 2017 when the same was less understood by the organization through engagement with department heads. Influencing key stakeholders like CFO, CMO and Product Heads to adopt digital as a ‘Revenue Channel’ than a support function. The growth of technology in marketing has always amused me, and in the last decade of my experience, I have been able to solve business problems through the lens of data, creativity and technology. He successfully implemented call center setup for Outbound and inbound process with 100 % ROI . he set up on more than 36+ branches with digital CRM so in single view sales / service team can get customer access.
